The Delta Spirit- White Table
Caught these guys on this weeks’ Jools Holland, and wow are they a good catch! It’s been a while since I’ve actually took notice of a new band, and these guys really impressed me on the show. They’ve been around for ages, so I have a lot of catching up to do, but as you can see on this video, that’ll be an enjoyable experience. I like the intense feeling about their music, the build up that crescendos into a brilliant ending, just like the drumming here on ‘White Table’. With a Kings of Leon type feel to it, they seem to be a band who would be even better live than on the album. Check out ‘Bushwick Blues’ by them as well.
